Dear Fusion Broadband Customers,
Please be aware that we have identified a change with our SMTP server made by a wholesale provider affecting all users using the smtp.fusionbroadband.com.au service on port 25.
You can change your port to 587 in the meantime to restore functionality and we will advise once the service agents have resolved the issue and if you need to do anything further.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please be aware that routine maintenance and upgrades for the Fusion Broadband Network Orchestrator have been scheduled for Saturday 03:00 - 05:00 AEDT. We expect no impact to customer traffic or network routing, however nodes may falsely report WAN interface issues throughout the maintenance window. Alerts via Antares will be disabled during this time to prevent false alerts being generated, your inbox will thank you.
