Dear Fusion Customers,
Please be aware one of our Transit providers (megaport) is conducting a large number of upgrades across their network this month beginning on Wednesday 12th @ 21:00 AEST. As we operate with redundant transit connections some customers may see some inflight packet loss as routing preferences adjust during the outage on Megaport and return once work is complete. We will be monitoring the network throughout these upgrades, to ensure connectivity is stable.
Users that are in more critical configurations have and will be contacted prior to outages to offer alternate routing and reduce downtime during upgrades.
Further notices will be posted throughout the month.
