Thank you for your patience during our latest Network maintenance service disruption.

Unfortunately not all went to plan and a reversal of some elements was required, we have identified the roadblocks and resolution paths, however delayed making any further changes until a new maintenance plan is compiled and scheduled.

As part of an ongoing project to improve our capacity and continued maintenance commitments we will be conducting upgrades and migrations in our Western Australia routing environment.

TIME: 04:00 - 06:00 AWST (06:00 - 08:00 AEST)
DATE: 16/05/26
DURATION: 2 hrs

Some users may notice some packet loss and brief service disruption during the migration period. Outages should be no longer than a couple of minutes.
