Dear Fusion Customers,
Over the coming weeks we will be conducting routine maintenance and upgrades on our Aggregation servers across all DC's. This will be done in stages so as to minimize outages and ensure network stability during and post maintenance procedures. Maintenance will take place on each Saturday between 23:00 - 00:00 on 25/11/23 beginning with Aggregators in Sydney
During the outages notifications from Antares will be disabled to prevent generating false alerts directly related to the outage.
Expected downtime is between 5 - 10 minutes while servers are rebooted individually, if the network you operate is unable to support that time frame please be sure to contact our support department to arrange resilience measures.
