Dear Fusion Customers,
Please be aware one of our Transit providers (megaport) is conducting further routine upgrades and maintenance with the latest for this evening 29/08/2023 @ 22:00. As we operate with redundant transit connections some customers may see some inflight packet loss as routing preferences adjust during the outage on Megaport and return once work is complete. We will be monitoring the network throughout these upgrades, to ensure connectivity is stable.
Some users may see a temporary change to MTU throughout the maintenance window as we have implemented alternate routing options.
Please contact our support team if have any connectivity issues post the maintenance window.
